This static website does not include account registration, payments, or donation forms. If you send an email or call us, the contact details you provide may be used to respond to that inquiry. We do not sell personal information. This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts.
BriefCraft Client app
BriefCraft Client is an offline brief builder. Product details are on the BriefCraft Client product page.
Data we do not collect. Version 1.0 does not create an account, does not use cloud sync, and does not request INTERNET permission. The app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. NATURALLY KIDS LTD does not receive your ClientBrief contents through the app.
Data stored on your device. ClientBrief drafts (for example client name, project goals, deliverables, timeline, budget range, and related questionnaire answers) and app settings are stored in the app’s private storage on the device. Completion percentages and reminder preferences stay local.
Export files you create. If you export JSON or CSV, the file is written to a location you choose with the Android Storage Access Framework (system file picker). That file is under your control. We do not upload it.
Deletion. You can delete a single brief or use Clear all data in Settings. Uninstalling the app removes on-device app storage. Exported files in folders you chose are not removed automatically.
App permissions
- Notifications (optional, off by default). Used only if you enable deadline or follow-up reminders. If permission is denied, the app continues to work without reminders. You can change this in system settings.
- Storage Access Framework. Used only when you choose to export a backup. The app does not request broad storage access.
- Version 1.0 does not request location, contacts, SMS, microphone, camera, or INTERNET.
Children
BriefCraft Client is a productivity tool for capturing professional client briefs. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app or this website.
Your choices
Because version 1.0 does not send brief data to our servers, access and deletion of ClientBrief records are handled on the device (edit, delete, or clear all data). For questions about this policy or email inquiries we hold in order to reply, contact us using the details below.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Material changes to the app will be described in the product listing or in-app About information where applicable.
